ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR GALLERY ORDER:

When viewing an item on the product detail page, you may add an item to your gallery purchase by following the same procedure for the first selection.   Once you have reviewed all of the items selected, at this point you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.
 
ORDERING & PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note, your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.
 
Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 10 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via UPS Ground. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options through your e-mail.  All paintings are safely packed by hand with cushioning materials inside sturdy containers.  Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order details.

 

SALES TAX:
 
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases originated in Houston sales made in Texas.
 
 
Step 1:
By clicking the "Check Out" button in your total gallery purchase, you will be asked to conclude your order.

Step 2:

Review your credit card information, make sure the billing address matches exactly what the credit card company has on file. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, you may proceed to the next step. Or, you may edit your shipping address to a different address by clicking edit.  If it is more convenient you may want to consider having your order delivered to work or held at UPS for pick up.
 
 

PRIVACY:

Our number one goal is protecting your privacy. We will never rent, sell, or otherwise distribute your personal information to anyone else. That includes your name, your email address, your payment information, or any other personal details.
 

SHIPPING VERIFICATION:

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

 

RETURNS:

We offer all of our customers a Money Back Guarantee.  Artwork to be returned should be done so within 10 days of receipt of being signed for.
 

EXCHANGE OR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
 
If you would like to return the artwork, it must be in the same physical condition as it was when you received it and returned in a secure shipping box. Items that do not meet the criteria are non-returnable, will be denied and credit will not be issued.
 

DAMAGES:

Items damaged in shipment (will be handled with the shipping carrier as an insurance claim), and must be duly noted on the delivery slip provided when delivered by UPS.
Artwork must be returned using UPS as the insured shipping carrier and the tracking information must be provided to our order department at: [email protected]

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return your items within 10 days of receipt. Include your order # on the outside of the package.


RETURN PROCESS:

Once we have received your package in the conditions stated above, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. You will be notified at the e-mail address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your credit card company may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
